STEVEN DASILVA EMT Trainer & Guide
Steven DaSilva is an entrepreneur, emergency medical professional, and global adventurer whose career is defined by service, resilience, and a deep commitment to helping others. With 17 years in real estate development, Steven built more than projects, he built opportunities, communities, and pathways for growth. For more than 18 years, Steven has been a committed voice in the recovery field, using his experience to champion advocacy programs, collaborate with nonprofits, and contribute to recovery organizations that amplify stories of hope.
Steven’s passion for service is matched by an extensive skill set in emergency medical response. As an active National EMT, he also holds advanced certifications, including Wilderness EMT, Search and Rescue, Advanced Diver/Navigation/Rescue, National Ski Patrol, Peer Recovery Coach, and Geo Medic* (*management of medical services for disaster relief in austere environments). He serves as a Global Instructor for Wilderness First Aid, Advanced First Aid, First Responder, CPR, AED, and First Aid Afloat. His work in the field has allowed him to participate in international response efforts that include rebuilding schools and assisting in medical clinics in underserved regions, which both humbled and transformed him.
Beyond his professional achievements, Steven is a passionate global traveler and outdoor enthusiast. He has embarked on expeditions across five continents seeking experiences that test limits, inspire growth, and connect him to the natural world. Whether hiking, skiing, climbing, rafting, kayaking, biking, fishing, boating, sailing, or diving, these experiences not only fuel his adventurous spirit but also serve as a reminder of the values that guide his life: connection, compassion, and purpose.
For Steven, helping others and embracing adventure are inseparable. These components of his life ground and center him. He is committed to exploring with heart, courage, and curiosity at every step.
