Payment Terms
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment may be required in full at checkout or may be offered through deposits, installment options, or third-party payment services when available. PayPal Pay Later, payment installment options, or other financing tools may be offered by third-party providers and are subject to their own approval terms, fees, conditions, and policies.
Adventure Recovery is not responsible for payment provider decisions, financing approvals, declined transactions, payment delays, chargebacks, account restrictions, or installment payment disputes handled by third-party providers.
Deposits, Installments, and Remaining Balances
If a deposit or installment option is offered, your registration may not be considered fully paid until all required payments are completed.
Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline for the applicable event. Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of your registration, loss of reserved accommodations, or forfeiture of prior payments, subject to the refund and cancellation terms below.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on a specific event page, Adventure Recovery reservations are refundable up until 15 days prior to the event.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Adventure Recovery before the 30-day deadline. Cancellations made after the deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend after the refund deadline, you may be permitted to transfer your ticket to another eligible individual, subject to Adventure Recovery approval and event policies. Adventure Recovery is not responsible for any private payment arrangements, disputes, or transactions between attendees involving transferred tickets.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, credit card provider, or third-party payment platform.
Certain fees, payment processing charges, installment fees, service fees, or administrative fees may be non-refundable.
Event Changes, Rescheduling, or Cancellation
Adventure Recovery reserves the right to modify event schedules, activities, lodging arrangements, transportation details, meal plans, locations, or programming at any time.
Events may be changed, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances including weather, natural disasters, venue issues, health and safety concerns, low registration, government restrictions, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Adventure Recovery will communicate available options to registered attendees. Adventure Recovery is not responsible for participant costs.
Substance-Free Policy
Adventure Recovery experiences are designed to be alcohol-free and drug-free.
Possession, use, distribution, or promotion of alcohol, illegal drugs, or unauthorized substances is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
Adventure Recovery is not a detox facility, treatment center, medical provider, or licensed healthcare organization. Participation in Adventure Recovery events should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care, addiction treatment, or emergency services.
Attendees are solely responsible for managing their own health, medications, recovery plans, and support systems while participating in Adventure Recovery experiences.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Participation in Adventure Recovery activities is voluntary.
Certain activities may involve physical movement, outdoor recreation, hiking, sports, wellness exercises, group activities, travel, camping, climbing, surfing, skiing, rappelling, water activities, or other high-risk adventure experiences.
By participating, you acknowledge that all activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that Adventure Recovery, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, speakers, venues, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation.
Participants and clients should consult with appropriate healthcare professionals before participating in any activity that may affect their health or well-being.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
By registering for or attending any Adventure Recovery event, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken by event organizers.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
• Physical injury
• Illness
• Exposure to weather conditions
• Travel-related incidents
• Equipment failures
• Venue-related hazards
• Accidents involving other participants
• Acts of nature
• Personal property loss or theft
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks and release Adventure Recovery, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any liability arising from your participation.
Photography, Video, and Media Release
Adventure Recovery events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented for promotional, educational, social media, advertising, archival, and marketing purposes.
By attending a Adventure Recovery event, you grant Adventure Recovery the irrevocable right to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, testimonials, social media content, and likenesses that may include you without compensation or additional approval.
