Adventure Recovery Basecamp

AR Basecamps provide launchpads for programming and hubs for team members and clients to convene and offer signature programming in bucolic locations. These regions also represent our first two locations—Colorado and Connecticut—though we offer programming across the US, Canada, and beyond. Adventure Recovery facilitates powerful, memorable half-day, day-long, overnight, and multi-day experiences traveling into the wild from these locations. Adventure Recovery Guides, Adventure Recovery Clinicians, and Adventure Recovery Coaches facilitate individual and group experiences, often using Basecamp as a home base.

With a prevention, mental health, and recovery-based focus, we provide awareness-informed adventure services. You do not need to be in recovery to join us in the great outdoors, but we do support individuals on a recovery path. We work with those who want to learn outdoor skills and be part of a greater community. Here is more about how AR works.
